About Barbara Acan

I am a Trustee for AHI and a Bid Manager at a workplace design and fit-out company. With nearly 15 years of experience in the built environment sector, I have both designed and helped organisations secure exciting cultural projects, including the Book of Kells Temporary Exhibition at Trinity College Dublin, the Elizabeth Tower Exhibition, and the Iolaire Community Centre Masterplan. My background in architecture, combined with my experience mentoring students, has shaped my commitment to championing diverse representation in professional and cultural spaces.
