About Barbara Acan

I am a Trustee for AHI and a Bid Manager for a workplace design and fit-out company. With nearly 15 years of experience in the built environment sector, I have helped organisations secure acclaimed cultural commissions such as the Book of Kells Temporary Exhibition at Trinity College Dublin, Elizabeth Tower Exhibition, and the Iolaire Visitor Centre Masterplan. My background in architecture, combined with my experience mentoring students, has shaped my commitment to championing diverse representation across professional and cultural spaces.
