18th April – Keys to unlock NLHF funding – tips from our 20 years of experience and experience of over £75m grants, for maximising your grant application success and avoiding common pitfalls DO NOT MISS THIS!
25th April – Write your own end-of-project evaluation report – whether you are about to tackle your first evaluation report or want to check you’re on the right track, this masterclass will set out a clear structure and process for a simple evaluation report

Inspiration Lab – these highly participative face-to-face workshops are for anyone wanting new ideas and a chance to experiment
16^th May – Creative Evaluation Techniques Inspiration Lab – a chance to discover new qualitative evaluation tools DO NOT MISS THIS!

Bootcamps – a valuable opportunity to really tackle and feel confident in a subject matter in a small, virtual group.
20^th Feb onwards – Evaluation Bootcamp – 6-week intensive course that are perfect for anyone planning or delivering a project or event programme and wants to ace their evaluation!
18^th April onwards – Run your first focus group Mini Bootcamp. 3-week introductory course to running online and in-person focus groups. each week plus 3-5 hours of prep and homework across the 3 weeks.
5^th June onwards – Lasting impact Mini Bootcamp – 3-week introductory course exploring how to tackle legacy and sustainability of your project during planning or delivery.
Starting 11th September 2023 Impact Strategy Bootcamp for Managers and Leaders – expressions of interest now being taken for this 5-week course for those wishing to embed an evidence-informed, evaluative approach into their organisation.

All Bootcamps run 1.15-2.45pm on Mondays (apart from the April one which will run on Tuesdays) and participants must be able to commit to attend all sessions and do ‘homework’ in-between
