Susan Cross

Susan Cross is a Fellow of the Association of Heritage Interpretation and one of the best-known specialists in visitor experience and interpretation in the UK. She has spent 25 years building memorable connections between people, place and history first as a natural sciences curator and later as an environmental educator, writer, interpreter, and consultant. She established TellTale, a consultancy focusing on interpretive planning and visitor experience, in 1987. She shares her experiences with various projects, including those in Irish and English national parks, and the significance of local community involvement.
