Stefanie van Stokkom

Stefanie has over 15 years’ experience working at historic sites for English Heritage and the National Trust, as well as for independent heritage charities. Whether in Georgian houses, Victorian gardens or Medieval castles and priories, she loves interpreting and sharing the stories of these places, whether by developing educational tours, exhibitions, events, displays or guidebooks.

Now living and working in Wales, Stefanie’s heritage role also includes local history research, working with archival collections and community engagement. She’s looking forward to continuing to develop her heritage interests as a trustee for AHI. She loves exploring the Welsh coasts, castles and countryside, sometimes exploring the country lanes as a volunteer with rescue greyhounds.
